Simply insert the IOS MIC Blockr into the charging outlet on your phone.
Access your phones Bluetooth, switch on and select ‘micblockr’ from the list and connect.
Note: This is a one-time procedure and not needed for subsequent connections as your phone will automatically connect to Mic Blockr each time its attached.
Pressing the MIC Blockr button once will switch on a blue indicator light on the MIC Blockr unit confirming the device is connected and you can use the phone as normal in microphone mode.
Note: This may take a few seconds for a continuous blue light to appear while the Mic Blockr connects with your Bluetooth.
Light On = Mic On. (You can be heard and covertly monitored)
Pressing the MIC Blockr button once more will extinguish the blue LED and render all microphones off. Now you are now totally protected, and the microphones are unable to be accessed by any installed apps or internal phone operating systems, therefore providing you with total offline audio privacy.
Light Off = Mic Off. (Your privacy is totally secured with all microphones disabled)
Although generally safe, for added protection we advise disabling SIRI in your phone settings. We cannot guarantee that all apps are unable to gain access to this proprietary microphone, but this added measure will enhance your privacy.

By pressing the button once (Light Off) your voice microphone is muted, and the caller cannot hear you. When you need to be heard again simply press the button once more (Light On) to reactivate the microphone and continue your call.
You can also charge your phone whilst the MIC Blockr is connected by simply attaching a charging cable to the charging port on the MIC Blockr device.
